Waking up controls. Took a while longer than this but I've just guessed the time I was running for. It was fun until we found five controls had been broken by some idiot and we had to quickly replace them

Started out to do the w21 course and it was so awesome - didn't look at my map at all since I knew the course by heart, as well as the exact locations of the controls haha. Wish I'd had some juice in my legs to smash it out properly though - got extremely tired about half way through so stopped and did some spectating before jogging back to the finish. Wish I could have run it properly but oh well.

Collecting controls. Didn't do that much running but I was fricking smashed so I'm gonna log it anyway. Was out for a lot longer but 20 will do. Really long day and I'm so tired.

Putting out SI units for the event tomorrow (running time only). Started feeling super pumped but then got tired and thirsty. Really nice out there though, looking forward to watching people make mistakes on the gps tracking ;)

Vic middle. Well I was kinda hopeful for this race even though I'm unofficial but it was a complete mess and I have no idea what I was doing!!!! Possibly a bit tired after an early morning spending 3hrs putting out SI units etc. .....but I'm extremely annoyed with myself

Run to uni with 3 X 5 X 20/40s. Felt good! Though I'm very tight and need a BIG stretch slash massage. Also ran straight after breakfast so felt a little sick. Niiiiice morning, glad I'm not in ballarat

To uni only. Left when it was sunny....two seconds later it was pissing down...then was sunny again when I got to uni.

Run home from uni. Did a few run throughs but actually felt quite good so maybe should have done a hard session. Stopped at Coles so did the last bit of the run with a bottle of milk haha.
