Collecting controls. Didn't actually run, but gin and I spent an hour or so collecting controls....it was hard work when so tired, and therefore I am logging it as a warm down!!

Ah what a shit race. Picked up the map and had no idea what I was doing. So so rusty at "racing" right now. Also needed to pee so badly on the course and spent ages finding a suitable bush to do it behind haha. Really annoyed that I've become so casual and "'meh"....gotta fire myself up somehow....
A bit of an easier session as I'd like to be fresh for the weekend....though I think being sick twice in a row and missing a lot of training means I won't be in great shape anyway but ohhhh well.
Did this run as a commute home from uni. Gonna try it out, so far it seems like a good idea!
