Feeling better than yesterday, though still have quite a bad cough. Anyway I was dying for some exercise so went for a very slow easy run. It was nice, legs felt good. Hope I didn't make anything worse!

My immune system sucks!!! Somehow I am sick AGAIN.... Though maybe not all that surprising as a virus has been going around the phd office and it's always really warm and stuffy in that room. Hope it won't last too long because it's made me really annoyed!

Muac ints. Felt good but legs were very tired and achy (dunno if that makes sense) and they did not want to go "fast" so it was more like a tempo ish session. Dunno why I'm feeling crappy AGAIN but had a huge headache at uni all day....and actually all week I've had big headaches at uni. So I think I just need some solid nights of sleep.

Easy shuffle after uni. It was fun! Hardly any effort for heart/lungs but my legs are quite tired and even sore from yesterday....really weird, I only did half a session :/

To/from uni. Again, don't think it was cold when I rode home at 8pm but I was freaking freeeeeeezing!

Muac. Km reps on the track. Felt really heavy and dizzy and times totally blew out so I gave up and ran back to my office. Just a bad day I guess, but feeling very frustrated.....hopefully have a better day on Thursday
