Started out on a long run but my leg got worse and worse so I hobbled home. Have no idea what I've done - it's sore in the weirdest spot! Will see how it is on Tuesday.

Hill sprints. Weird sore spot on leg hurt warming up and down but not during the efforts. Weird. It was a good session though....but fricking cold man. Didn't even get warm enough to want to remove my gloves :/

Strength and Conditioning 15:00 [3]

Worked from Ballarat today and had planned to do a nice run but have a weird very sore spot on my leg after ints yesterday, so didn't. Did some stretching and rolling instead and am also counting a massive struggle I had with a wheelbarrow full of wood as strength work ;)

Today we did the same session at Tuesday....which was kinda strange but fine by me! Started too hard and actually had to half sit the third rep out, so then went extra hard on the last!! Probably should have tried to do them more consistently but oh well. It was fun

To/from uni. Did something weird (strained a muscle or something) to one leg at aths....hope I can walk tomorrow

Core after aths. Did the push-ups which was probably a bad move - for a few weeks now I've had a very sore shoulder, especially at night, with limited range of motion. Think I've maybe somehow torn part of my rotator cuff, so probably shouldn't have done push-ups!

Muac ints. 7 degrees and raining (lightly), so wasn't looking forward to this but actually it wasn't too bad and I got a bit too warm in two layers haha. Did 4x5min efforts at princes. It was good.
