Time includes w/u
Test running W21 course today. Had a really bleh run, even though it should be easier since I ran a course yesterday haha. Also felt really tired again which sucked. Don't think I gave my parents a good indication of whether the course is the right length haha.
MUAC intervals. Actually felt awful in the legs all day and wasn't sure I should go, but got given an easier session anyway so it was all good! Glad I went and toughed it out even if it was really slow. Probably wouldn't have done anything otherwise.
MUAC ints. Similar to last Thursday: 5mins w 3min float at princes, except I was told to only do three. Felt stronger than last week but that's maybe because I had quite a restful weekend. Good session :)
