Woo I completed the whole course and didn't mp! My god. Just did the course as a long run, so wasn't going very hard and was pretty lazy up all the hills....really enjoyed it though! Didn't make any huge blow outs so maybe I can navigate after all.

Had a very meh run and skipped a control because I couldn't be bothered going up the hill to get it.

My motivation for orienteering has hit rock bottom. I am motivated to get running fit though.

To/from uni. Well at least the weather in Melbourne is better than in Ballarat! Pretty sure it was almost snowing at our place. Feeling much the same as yesterday, so won't make my debut at unimelb aths training this week :(
