orienteering race 1:38:00 [5]
Hammies still bad today - I can't actually run properly (don't have full range of motion), which is frustrating but I wanted a long training run anyway. Therefore started out not caring about racing or performance.....which is maybe why I minced number 1 and then accidentally skipped it altogether and went to no2 (sounds dumb, was dumb....but somehow I did it). Realised I missed it halfway to no3, but decided to continue on the course anyway. From there it really was just a training run haha, which was actually really fun but I wasn't very tired at the end.
Going to try and be a bit more focused and switched on next weekend in New Zealand.
