Woke up with a sore throat and generally feeling unwell. Damn! Ran ok, one terrible route choice that I lost quite a few mins on and a couple of other very small mistakes. Died towards the end and bled minutes because I was running slowly. Feeling fitter than previously though so that's good. Really enjoyed it! Feeling really bad (unwell) after though.

Hill bounds in Ballarat - same as last week but did two more reps. Still sore from gym the other day and this session may kill me....so I don't think vic champs this weekend will be very good haha!

Ints around princes from uni. A very long session and I only did 5min warm down because I was worried I'd be locked out of my building ....felt good. Abs and arms are sore though.

"Hardcore" session....run by Mary!! It was super fun and went really quickly. Basically core exercises, without a lot of rest. Should definitely go regularly. And to other classes (since I have free membership :D)
