Sigh. I still don't know how to race longs. Actually felt good today but decided to start very conservatively.....too conservatively in the end, as I was never that tired and just kind of ran it, ending up way behind. Also omg my feet/toes are ruined! Spikes on the rocky ground hurt so bad!

Easy with some surges. Felt really crap this morning to be honest - super heavy quads. And knee didn't like running hard.....guess I'm just gonna have to man up and bear it

It gets very sore sitting but unfortunately i can't really avoid that because of work
