Vic relays, time includes warm up and down. In a team with gin and Gfry! I was second leg runner, and had an overall pretty good run but made a couple of small errors, with a bigger one on the last loop (wandered on compass too much....). Felt good running but was quite tired at the end which isn't great.
Bendigo race, time includes warm up and down. Only felt like I was running at a moderately hard intensity but heart rate says otherwise so I'll put it at intensity 5. Had lots of fun today - caught Gfry early and we ran together for most of the course until I made a rookie error (getting caught by an out of bounds area) and he beat me to the finish.
Easy run. Was super hungry this morning after an insufficient dinner last night so I didn't feel great. Limited time this morning because I walked to uni (which took an hour) instead of riding
Pre breakfast intervals - havent got up before 7 in a long time!! But now that I'm working ~9-5 I decided I better do training first thing or I'll be too tired to do it at any other time. Session was pretty good considering my body was probably half asleep and not at all used to this.
