Sprint final. Disappointed :( felt bad running and then felt quite unwell straight after the race - very dizzy and lightheaded so I dunno what was up with me this morning.....made a number of errors and poor route choices. How annoying

Sprintervals at uni of melb. Never run here before - sick map! I did a somewhat random session, but it was good. Didn't do too well on reading the descriptions for some controls though (inside of wall etc) so may have actually gone to the wrong spot on some.

Felt pretty smashed later in the day so skipped the second training and caught the train home instead.
