orienteering 2:02:29 [3]

Long course on (map North of World Cup long, can't remember its name) followed ~5min later by control picking in the mining. Legs felt weak today for some reason, so struggled through the tough terrain in parts....got what I wanted out of it though, just would have preferred to be feeling a bit more spritely.

orienteering 56:21 [3]

Route choice exercise on littlechilds/livelys bog (can't remember which one). Went pretty well I think.

orienteering 45:47 [3]

Middle ish distance course soon after the route choice exercise. Picked some awful routes through the green - got stuck on multiple occasions and was paranoid about meeting snakes

running tempo 1:04:17 [4]

Last run at morialta after final packing and before driving to ballarat. Really nice run but was super windy with strong gusts that were a bit scary on the clifftop paths! Sad to leave adelaide but am a bit too tired at the moment to think about it too much yet....

running 41:00 [3]

Easy run with surges before going to the zoo. Was very dehydrated so felt dizzy and bleh! Hope I start to feel more energetic over the next few days....have been really tired and have a vague sore throat which I hope doesn't develop into anything....

Note
(rest day)

Very very tired (head tired, not leg tired) so had a rest day. No idea why I was so tired ....not enough sleep or something? Only did ~1hr of packing and cleaning....
