Minimal

orienteering race 1:20:00 [5]

Sa long champs. Sloppy start: took some poor bearings and was also feeling crap running (didn't do enough warm up - a bad habit I have and need to get out of!!). Then it got better once we got out in the more open stuff and I started feeling a bit better running but still slow up the hills. Enjoyed it though!! Much better than yesterday. Except it was hot.

Sa middle champs. Had a shocker - off on first three controls and then a BIG wander on no6. no7 was either in the wrong spot or the map was not correct, so lost a big chunk of time there.....and then it was a little better after that except I felt like ass running and was slow. Woo!

Really chilled Fartlek cuz I don't wanna be too tired this weekend. Felt tired running slowly but good running fast. That makes no sense.

4x6min with 1min rec. Felt ok. Made a bad decision on the second one to run on the bike path and got stuck in the dark for a long big stretch....

Need to stop running on the bike paths so much or my legs will crack

Easy run up and down the river. Felt pretty ok. It was overcast but I still felt kinda hot. Really, REALLY not looking forward to when it actually heats up
