Felt better than yesterday, but crashed about 30mins in and got sooo tired, with really tight/sore glutes, quads and calves. Not a nice feeling, so cut the course short even though I was sorta nearly done. Time includes warm up and warm down jogging back to the finish. Dunno why I'm feeling so crap but will try not to dwell on it too much.

Woke up with a sore throat and generally not feeling so good.... Booooooo!!! Have heaps of work to do before I go away but opted for a day in bed instead!

Easy run before gym. Had planned to do something harder but I don't think these early runs like me anymore - felt pretty low on energy. Nice to cruise around slowly though.

Gym with physio. Last of these sessions before Europe...and don't know if I'll continue them after Europe only because my bank account would appreciate it (but do still want to do gym stuff regularly so that it hasn't all been a waste!). Pretty hard session, maybe because I had run before it....skipped the single leg deadlifts because the machine was broken THANK GOD - those are the worst and ruin my glutes!

Half an interval session because I felt sick in the tummy before I started and then worse during the session so I stopped. Then I went home and drank some tea and felt better. Will try again this arvo if uni doesn't smash me.

1k reps along the river. Nice morning, reminded me of Canberra (except it wasn't freezing!). Felt good for the first one then rapidly ran out of energy. Bahhhh
