Long run with the SA trail runners. Felt good for like 25mins and then my quads and glutes got very tired (from gym on Friday) and Bridget didn't feel good so we headed back a different way. Pretty fun anyway!

Did some orienteering with Bridget at rocky paddock! It was heaps of fun. Did a control picking course first, had a 1min rest and then did a middle style course. Glutes were really tired and sore after gym yesterday so I was useless going uphill. Nav was pretty ok, not the best ever though - did a bit too much rough compass running and expecting to just see the feature (which worked today but isn't a great habit to get into)

Leg strength with physio at gym. Gonna start logging these as intensity 5 - cuz I'm always smaaaaashed afterwards. Today was no exception, especially when i accidentally put 10kg too much the bar for one exercise, and just thought I was weak for struggling through it so demolished my legs trying to complete the set. Will have DOMS this weekend...like all the other weekends haha

Mmmmm good sleep! That's what I need more of.
Went running a bit later than usual because I had to do stuff at uni first. Didn't feel like doing much more than this, but might head out again later if I feel energetic.

Quads + glutes. R glute is feeling really weak and sore, so skipped some exercises on it

1k reps along the river. Didn't feel so wonderful today, don't know why :(

And then I had an exciting morning because I'm pretty sure there was a fire in the apartment next to mine, since there was a heap of smoke coming out of their room...but I don't actually know what's happened since we were all evacuated and I just went straight to uni :S
