Run with Bridget and Liv (and Simon for part of it). It was fun! I felt very average but tried to push it a little bit in parts. Hammies and calves were really tight and a bit sore - probably from my new physio exercises.

Intended to do a long run, but today was one of those days where I get particularly painful cramps, so had spent a lot of the morning in the foetal position feeling dreadful. Anyway, happy to have got out and done this session!

Snuck out of uni for a run, but was sooo hungry and had expended so much nervous energy that morning that it didn't go very well and I just felt exhausted. Nice to get some sunshine anyway. And VERY happy to have now completed 50% of my assessment for honours, however still have a 7am-~7pm day to do at uni tomorrow so can't relax just yet. Annoyed that training has suffered so much but I guess that's just the way it goes!

Body was willing but head said no

Also my resting heart rate is still really high....dunno if that's stress or I'm over-tired or I'm fighting some minor infection...??? Next few days will be hell at uni, but if it doesn't return to normal after that I might get worried.
