Long race. Overshot number one, but realised pretty quickly...maybe max 1min lost there. A bit too hesitant on a few others, but mostly a pretty good run after that. Felt reasonable running, but did have a bad patch in the middle, before feeling better towards the end again. Really enjoyed it!! Love running at the Flinders

Had a horrible day, and now I have sooo much work to do over the weekend I don't know how I'm going to focus on orienteering at all !! Don't anticipate I will run very well at all, too distracted by uni stress
Physio exercises. Glad I booked a physio appt (though it was really expensive...) - think the girl I saw might be the best physio I've ever been to. She's got an awesome plan for me over the next few months....hopefully it won't suck too much money out of me though :/
A 50min "tempo" around north adelaide. Feeling raaaather tired today, so it was very slow and I dunno if it really counts as a tempo...but whatever. I did it!
5x1k at the north adelaide track. Legs were a bit heavy (prob from Sunday) but they were all around 4:00 so satisfied with that for now. Started earlier than normal so it was quite dark!!
Meant to do some core tonight but ran out of energy. Had another stressful day, but I took some time out to go home and watch game of thrones.....hebdneldjebshxjensbdjd
