Did the 3hr score event as a long run, intending to run for two hours. Therefore, did not take optimal routes to controls as I preferred to run on the tracks the long way around. A fun way to do a long run! Tried to do it all at a solid pace, think I did pretty well but did get pretty tired towards the end and walked the steeper hills.
Noticed sore knee today - mostly on steep downhills or up hills, and also when running through rough rocky stuff. It's not feeling very good to be honest, so I am going to blow some money on a physio appointment.
