Got the bus to mt osmond and did the same run as last week. Struggled a bit in the first 5-10mins but then felt pretty good for the rest! Soooo fun :D felt good when I finished, and discovered that I had to wait 50mins for the bus home so....

...I decided to run home! Wasn't sure how far it'd be, but figured it wasn't that far to south terrace....didn't take too long at all, though I did walk (not incl in time) along greenhill road or whatever that really busy one is. Took it really easy with lots of stops to check google maps so I didn't get lost in the suburbs somewhere

A really fun foggy run with Bridget and Liv starting in morialta and going up....to somewhere, and then back down again. I really enjoyed it! Felt pretty ok.

Had a fairly unproductive day at work. Spent most of my time at my desk looking at flights to Europe haha. Wooooops.

6x200/200 mini interval session at the north adelaide track. Felt good today! Maybe should have done a bit more. Oh well.

Neeeeeed to remember to do this regularly, so am going to log it to make sure I actually do it!! Bad shin is feeling a little strange/niggly during the day (unless I'm imagining it) so need to be good at stretching all those lower leg muscles

A 35min tempo partly around north adelaide. Felt surprisingly ok, but legs got pretty heavy towards the end. Lovellllly morning though :)

6x3/3min along the river. Felt a bit bleh warming up this morning so took the recoveries extra easy (walk/jog), but happy with how I went during the efforts. Pushed pretty hard!

Core work. Intended to ride this morning but it was raining so I sissied out. My legs feel a bit tired and sore today anyway.

In other news, brought to my attention by Bridget, someone was murdered last night on the street I live on. How awful (and scary) :/
