Caught the bus to mt osmond for a sweet run on the single tracks there...not really sure where I went but ran on some single tracks further round from mt osmond too. Tried to run hardish, especially up the hills. Felt pretty good but died coming back up so was pretty stuffed after. Realllly fun though!
Stopped briefly to check the map and also to check messages from gin since he was updating me on tiomila :D

A mini interval session at the north adelaide track. Did 6x200/200. Was feeling pretty tired so pleased to get through the session and do ok times (for me)

32min tempo partly around north adelaide. Plan to make this longer each week. Felt ok today but legs were a bit tired from yesterday probably

Getting super frustrated at the loud construction just outside my apartment. Makes me wish I lived out in the sticks somewhere!

6x3/3min ints up the river. Felt pretty good! The river was overflowing over the path in quite a few places, so I got really wet
