Orienteering race at N(something something) hills. Mmmmm.....well this was bingo orienteering. I didn't do very well, especially after catching Bridget I really lost focus. Took a terrible route on the long leg and got lost on the vague hillside. Kinda annoying to have such a terrible run just before Easter :/
Actually felt ok this morning, which was surprising after a rather intense day yesterday (Adelaide people should watch WIN news tonight :D or maybe it's tomorrow night...). Did 4x30/1 then 4x7min/2 at tempo pace. Improved as the session went on I think. Satisfied with my effort today.
Wanted to do intervals today but woke up feeling terrible, thought it'd pass when I started running but my legs also felt awful. Sooo pulled the plug. Really annoyed, won't get another opportunity to try again later today. Need to de-stress!!!!!
Easy run. Felt tired and legs are really tight....bad shin has also been feeling odd the last few days so neeeeeed to do some stretching and recovery work!

Evening stretching. Soooo tired after uni today. Kinda forgot to stop and eat some lunch, so maybe that contributed.
A cranky session because there's some really really loud road works going on at the front of my apartment and it's giving me a booming headache....hasn't stopped yet (9.30pm) so dunno how I'm going to sleep!
