SA sprint champs. Had an...ok run I guess. My control flow was just awful and I found I often had to pause coming out of controls - consequently made some bad route choices and in general felt too flustered and not smooth enough. Felt pretty decent running though, which was nice. Really enjoyed the course too, thought it was super fun despite my average navigation skills today.

Also, I think I normally check maybe 15-20% of control numbers on sprint courses (yes, a very bad habit I know), but today that saved me because two control numbers were around the wrong way, but obviously I didn't notice because I didn't check the numbers and therefore didn't lose time getting confused haha.

An easy arvo run, because I didn't feel like I had worked hard enough this morning. Wanted to go for longer but had a tummy ache that was making it rather uncomfortable

200s around the north adelaide track and then two short tempo efforts. 200s started slow then got better and the tempo efforts just felt hard and slow. Glad to get it done again though!

Intervals along the river and then partly around the north adelaide track. This was really hard after an intense day using all my brain power....had a mad headache. But I (sort of) got through it ok.

Would have liked to do some intervals today, but still feeling tired and legs were heavy. Did a bit of my session but then pulled the plug because I was going sooo slowly and figured there's not much point in pushing through. Was a pre-breakfast run and I was super hungry so maybe that contributed.

Easy run along the river with some surges around the uni track thingo. Was planning a session for today, but wisely postponed it to tomorrow. Feeling quite tired and also super hungry.
Oh and also stuffed my lower back yesterday somehow, so it's really sore today and kept me up last night.
