Training at Belair (time includes run to the start, which was ~10mins). I actually navigated really sloppily today and am really annoyed at myself. Was feeling very "meh" and tired, which was bad! So for example when I overshot number 8 I was just like "ehhh" and kept going to number 9. Should have been harder on myself mentally to do it properly and be less casual! Anyway, it was still fun and great to be doing some orienteering with everyone!

Guess of time because forgot to start my garmin again. A cool one man relay exercise set by Simon. It was fun, but again I am a little annoyed at how I navigated - was being a bit too lazy and a bit too 'meh'. Maybe just because i was tired, but think I should be more disciplined!

Morning training at lucky hit. Did 1.5 courses and then a window course after that. Legs felt just awful, don't really know why but I suspect the lack of exercise lately had something to do with it....navigated ok though. A few misses and brain fades.

An epic line and then narrow corridor exercise set by Simon on pewsey vale. It was really hard! Definitely didn't follow the line course perfectly the whole way and also wandered out of the corridor a couple of times...hard exercise but think I should have done better, especially on the corridor. At one point I wandered out of it and then found it super hard to make sure I was back in the corridor because there was so much rock around. Anyway, good training!

Last snap sprint race at belair. Super fun course! I stuffed number one fairly significantly after running off in the very wrong direction, and then continuing on in the wrong direction...after that I improved, but had that annoying weird feeling in my lungs that you get when you run hard after having not really run for more than a week. Therefore felt very slow and unfit :(

A nice evening run after spending all day writing my proposal. Getting a bit stressed which is not good! A nice run though.

An easy run along the river (back in Adelaide). Felt good but haven't really exercised in a week so didn't do anything intense. Wisdom teeth holes felt ok, even during the surges I did! My cold has just about cleared up too :D

A walk/very slow jog around the forest. Admittedly most of this was walking, with some very short jogging patches. But I'm going to log it all anyway! Running was uncomfortable - lots of jarring pain in my jaw when I made contact with the ground and lots of throbbing. Don't know if that's bad though cuz surely the stitches have all dissolved so I'm not going to tear anything open...?
