orienteering race 55:00 [4]

Camp champs. Feeling very tired (sleep deprived) this morning and so mentally I'd kind of assumed that because I was tired my navigation would be awful too. Not a good mentality to start with and the first part of my race was sloppy as. Took a really poor route choice too which cost me a few mins I think. Got into it a bit more later in the course when Bridget, heather, Lauren and I formed a little train. Still didn't navigate particularly well and was also tired and slow running. Good fun though! A sick end to a great week! :)

Cruisy run on mt pearson again, doing a fun course through the clearer parts in the rock. Fun! Feeling a bit tired though

Mass start O ints in the tin mining. Pretty crazy racing but think I did alrightish. Really fun!
