With a friend. She'd never been before so I had to teach her (not that I'm an expert) and we took it easy and went slowly.

Long run at cleland. Wasn't really feeling it today, but did an ok effort anyway. Was running up chambers gully when I went around the corner and nearly stepped on a fox. Scared the bajeezus out of me, but it just stood there and didn't look phased at all. Really weird. Maybe it was sick.

Went out early before it gets too hot. Started doing mona fartlek, did the first two 90secs really well and then totally died so hard! Was going sooo slowly so decided to just jog the rest.

Also, handed in my last assignment yesterday and had my last exam last night - WOO now I have a bachelor of medical science! And am pretty much only qualified to continue studying! :P Feeling super duper mentally drained, so am looking forward to some long holidays :D

Went to Belair to do intervals, as a little mini celebration of handing in my project report. Did 15x1min, with 1min jog rec. It was hard. Legs felt heavy. But it was fun!
