Aus relay, in a team with jacqui and shea! Was feeling a bit low on motivation today (kinda tired and annoyed with my orienteering during the week) so just went out with the aim to navigate better than yesterday. Felt like I definitely did that! Lost some minutes on the long leg when I got caught in rock on a poor approach to the control, and also lost some more minutes on the last little loop of the course when I was a bit too low on one control and very hesitant and unsure to another control. Apart from that the nav was pretty good, I was just not running fast enough to do a good time! It was fun though :)

Short warm up, then collected controls as a warm down. Not a huge amount of running during control collecting, but had to walk up and down the hill to the spectator control a few times, so it totally counts!
