Aus long. A horrible, terrible run! Felt crap running again from the start, which played on my mind a lot and so I think my brain wasn't fully engaged. Bled time in the circle at almost every control - think I lost at least 15mins from messing around. Going to the circle was fine, but then I'd just lose my head. Started feeling better physically towards the end and was able to be a bit more aggressive. Sooooo disappointed with this run though :( this kind of thing happens often in longs, I know how to be aggressive and run hard in sprints and middles, but feel like I dunno how to do longs!

Warm up only. Should have done more, maybe this is why I was feeling crap running at the start of the race. Didn't do a warm down cuz I was too grumpy!
