Warm up and down. Probably didnt even do this much.....did lots of dynamic stretches in the warm up which helped I think!

SA middle champs at moon rocks. Have been orienteering really badly lately, so today I was determined to have a decently clean run to get my confidence up before nationals. Decided that I didn't care how slow I had to go, as long as I navigated precisely! Made maybe 3 mistakes (of 30secs each), and was also generally slow/hesitant in the circle, but felt like I was actually reading my map today, instead of just running and stressing. Was a bit bummed that Bridget caught me, but overall pretty happy!
