Intervals at north adelaide. Did 1km reps today, but I was feeling a bit sluggish and thought my garmin had told me I was going slow as, so instead of the last 1km rep I did 5x200m. Turns out my 1km times were actually not that bad, especially as I thought I was going slow as. So maybe I should have done the last one! Anyway, a good session. Fun warm down with the juniors too :)
