Planned to do hill sprints, did three of them but had no power and didn't feel good so jogged home. Felt really faint and exhausted for the rest of the day. Hope I'm not getting my housemates sickness!

Just stretching. Not feeling very good today, and my housemate has tonsillitis so I'm taking a rest day to make sure I don't catch it from her! Couldn't even muster enough energy to do any study :(

Long run at morialta. Meant to do 2hrs, but was struggling pretty hard so didn't do the extra 10mins. Dunno why I wasn't feeling too great....nice to be out there anyway!

Easy run home from uni for lunch. I should do this more often! Good to loosen my legs

running intervals 58:21 [5]

Intervals at north adelaide. Did 1km reps today, but I was feeling a bit sluggish and thought my garmin had told me I was going slow as, so instead of the last 1km rep I did 5x200m. Turns out my 1km times were actually not that bad, especially as I thought I was going slow as. So maybe I should have done the last one! Anyway, a good session. Fun warm down with the juniors too :)
