Soooooooooo tired today, I think the whole week caught up to me. The race was a massive slog, and I was just too tired to navigate well so made numerous 2min errors. Disappointed!

First leg of the relay. I felt alright running so was able to do this at a pretty good pace, but unfortunately my navigation was just awful and i was running around totally out of control. Anyway, I ended up miss-punching :(

Total amount of orienteering for the day. Time includes: putting out controls, shadowing juniors for two exercises, collecting controls, collecting a night O control we forgot to get last night plus doing some short intense O-intervals.
Felt ok running for the whole day, and the O intervals were really fun!

Putting out and collecting controls, as well as shadowing juniors for the morning exercise.

Putting out the night O controls in the daylight, plus collecting them at night after everyone had done the night relay. Collecting them in the dark was scary, so i ran really fast!

Putting out and collecting controls up at the Flinders for the junior camp. Legs felt ridiculously heavy today for some reason!

Was running late so missed the arrows, but did 10x1min on/1min off. Was hard and i think i did ok.
