running intervals 1:14:50 [4]
Did some intervals along the river, not really super hard but just as something to make the run a little longer and a little less boring than just going steady. Did 10x20/40s, 8x20/40s, 6x20/40s, 4x20/40s and 2x20/40s. Felt ok and it was pretty fun. Definitely beat trying to cram before my final exam haha!
