running hills 1:14:18 [4]
morning hills on the same track as last week. did the same session but didn't quite get as far as last time, legs were feeling quite heavy and generally bad.
was also super paranoid about my shin hurting. i think it was fine, but any slight hint of pain put me into panic mode....quite annoying, would like to just forget about it so i can enjoy my run and not have to feel all afraid that it's going to get bad again. bleugh.
