Sweet run up to majura pines, found a small section there that hadn't been thinned yet so cruised in there a bit then went home.
Soleus got all tight and ouchy for the first 30mins, but then got better as usual. A bit annoying cuz it means only half of this run felt decent. ohhh well. Still enjoyed it!

Easy run on my normal 60min loop of ainslie. Went where i got swooped last time...but managed to escape unscathed this time :D
Soleus got pretty tight and uncomfortable which was annoying! Maybe cuz I didn't really stretch yesterday. Got better after 30mins as usual. Felt pretty good apart from that!
Shin was ok

Also massaged shin again, it's feeling much better than this morning! How strange. There is a bruise on my tibia but I think that's from me poking it haha.

Pool run at Dickson. Sah came too but she swam. Time went super fast and it was a really lovely morning to be in an outdoor pool :)

Only went in for one thing today so I can cram for my anatomy test tomorrow haha

Morning hills at ainslie. Chose a new hill further away hence this session took quite a while. Did them on a rocky, single track which is quite steep in places so was good training! Pushed hard and felt not too bad, would like to be faster but maybe that'll come in time. So nice to do it early in the morning :)

Shin feels ok, just bit sore at stress fracture site when massaged...will do all I can (ice/stretching/voltaren) to help it and see how it goes

Easy run to ainslie for a little loop then home. So nice this morning! Woke up with a really big headache so that made it a bit bleugh but still enjoyed it. Heaps better than yesterday's run....

was a giant slacker this morning and decided to have breakfast instead of doing this session. had time for it this arvo, but goddam i got soo soooooo hot out there!!! think it was partly dehydration and also i was wearing my tights (for some silly reason). anyway, was seriously dying from being so overheated that this session was useless. tried to try hard in the intervals but they were very very slow.
had a cold shower when i got home.
most definitely running at 6am tomorrow morning, when it's not so hot and sunny!
