From home to majura pines and back. Really nice morning again and really enjoyed it. Wanted to go for longer!
Shin hurt at start then was ok, but is a little sore now. Gotta be careful!!!

Easy run up to ainslie, around there a bit and then back. Really really nice morning, perfect temp and not a cloud in the sky. Felt ok, but was a bit tired on the hills. Shin was good but is a bit swollen.

Easy run with moth around nerrina. Was actually quite a sunny, nice day for ballarat! Very muddy in places so it wasn't super fast. Felt ok though, shin was a bit sore a the start but then was good.
Going to miss the forest :( only 6 or so weeks until I can come back :D

Circuit class at gym with mother again.
Super fun, I got to bash her up with some boxing gloves ;) was feeling a bit tired from my run in the w/u but after that felt ok.

orienteering 41:01 [3]

Went out to the map used for the first NOL middle this year to do some O training with the Prendergasts, who'd set a sick course in the mining. it was so fun! caught mother at control 3 (only because she was putting out tapes, i have no doubt she is faster than me now) so we did the rest of the controls together, taking turns to navigate and talking about what our plan was. it was good!

shin was a little sore running, so even though this session wasnt long i might call it a day.

running intervals 50:20 [4]

did some ints on the track out next to the pines - just did 4 x 90secs with a long recovery. felt pretty tired in the legs so glad i didnt have to do more. very slow longer warm down. bumped into some logging trucks felling a nice section :( should still be heaps of good stuff for terrain running this summer :D
so pretty and green around ballarat!

shin was good, but soleus etc are tight.

Went with mother to her circuit class at the gym. It was really fun! Would totally go to a similar thing in Canberra if I could get a cheap gym membership...will prob be sore tomorrow

ride with moth, mostly on forest tracks (fire trails, as it was so muddy on the smaller tracks!) but some on road near white swan.
legs a bit stiff and sore, but it was really fun :)

stretching in front of the tv. have kinesio tape on my shin so cant really massage with voltaren.
