Felt very, very unwell last night, luckily sah came home and took me to the dr. Got some antibiotics for a bacterial sinus infection (ew). Crossing my fingers it'll work and I'll feel like a normal person soon, and can actually eat some food normally cuz I guess that's important.

Notes to self:
If feeling very crappy, go to dr, don't just leave it!!!!!! (should have gone on Tuesday)
DONT EVER train through a cold, no matter how mild it seems (I'm guessing this is how I got this infection)

think im getting better, no longer have a pounding headache and the thought of food doesnt make me feel sick. woo hoo! prob wont be well enough for training for another few days though. what a wonderful illness this has been.

Still feeling waaaaaaay off normal, and still have no appetite so have only eaten a very small amount over the last few days by force...ohhh I shall appreciate being healthy after I get better :D

feeling a tad better than yesterday, had a mad fever last night which i think killed some of the bacteria in my throat because it's not as sore. yay !

Feeling possibly worse than yesterday :/ (i.e pretty bad!)
frustratinggggg I just want to exercise in this awesome weather!!!!
