Strength and Conditioning 10:00 [3]
Had a chat to my physio today and she made me feel really bad for running on my shin when it was hurting....it's been ok for a weekish now but eeeek gotta be careful, don't want another freaking stress fracture!!!!
Anyway, felt guilty so did some strength stuff- focusing on lower legs
Should prob do some ab stuff tomorrow so they don't melt away since I've been slack this week...
