have still been sleeping heaps and woke up with a sore throat/headache this morning.
oh well, cant complain about the sleeping heaps bit, sleeping is the greatest thing after running :D (and much better than studying)

shin def more achey since doing exercise, but think it's just a pain from using it. if that makes sense?
or im hyper-sensitive to any feeling in that part of my body.
ANYWAY, really think it's going to be fine if i do little amounts like this. it just needs to adapt. put some magic tape on to help the tib ant. dunno how it'll help the bone, but it is magic tape so who knows ;)

can start running in almost two weeks yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy!!!!

Ok spoke too soon, sharp pain in shin today, more rest needed. Can't believe it's so sensitive....may have been from walking around collecting controls yesty.
Seems that complete rest was working wonders though. As lame as that is. Going to take some time out from attackpoint so I don't feel like I have to be doing some exercise!!
