leg feeling strong, time to start training again!
(training in the form of riding...) feel like im turning into a blob otherwise!
3 more weeks no running, but getting strength back from riding, then start 7 week running rehab program. long road ahead.....

feeling a little depressed i couldnt go for a run on such a nice day. great temperature for running too. couldnt face being in an indoor pool either....so just sat in the sun and did some uni work.
found a mad bony lump on the lateral side of my tibia. cool!

has almost been 3 weeks since i last ran.....which means only 3-and-a-bit more weeks to go! woo!

To/from uni
Didn't think 20mins each way would hurt my shin too much.

Worst day ever: don't know why, but I'm doing really terribly at uni this semester despite studying as hard as usual. Really worried my average mark will drop way down and I'll be kicked out of my course...and then won't be able to do the postgrad study I want to.
And had sharp pains in my shin all day, no idea why.
Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so upset :(
