at stromlo, actually have no idea how long i took cuz my garmin died :(
but it was approximately 40mins!
felt abit blah again - had a headache and felt really puffed. but still tired to run harder, even if it wasnt for very long.
think i got sunburnt too

Run in majura pines for a change. Not many riders there for some reason, weird cuz it was a nice day! Felt sooo warm and it was only 23 degrees!
Didn't feel that good running to be honest. But it was nice to run in the pines :)

it felt so warm and summery!! which was really nice :) too bad i was feeling cross cuz i got stuck into doing 5hrs of physics straight..again (unintentionally ofcourse). meant i saw no sunshine at lunch :(

From some exercises I have somewhere...ouch it actually really hurts trying to hold some of the positions!

Also unpacked my bag from badja - new world record shortest time that its taken me to fully unpack an o bag. Usually it takes me weeks/months :P

ride to uni
lovely day, not a cloud in the sky!
managed to ride right through a police/fire scene in uni....was kinda awkward....not sure how i managed to miss all the police tapes they'd put up :S

running 25:00 [3]

run on stromlo. legs felt blah and felt like i was running for ages before i looked at my watch and saw 20mins!! so i stopped. and realised i need a break......not so much physically but mentally! my brain is oh so tired....will try to have two weeks or so of just chilled 'training' - only running if i feel like it and doing more riding.

easy yog on stromlo single tracks and home through duffe.
felt ok, foot still strangely sore - like is fine most of the time but when i move my foot a certain way it hurts quite abit and then goes away again.
hmm.
