oceania relays at badja
booooooooooo...................will deal with this the same as last weekend, i'll only think of the positives:

1. confirmation that i am better suited to second or third leg. cannot deal with people running around me yet (uhh this is turning abit negative :P)
2. it was fun! super keen to come back to badja for some summer training.
3. um............yeah woops i actually cant think of a third positive thing.

oh well, i still had fun, learnt lots, and am super super keen to improve from here :D

ran with the big girls today :) was pretty happy with my run really, no big mistakes and felt reasonable running. however i think i lost a fair bit of time early on the thick hillside as i was hesitating alot and at one point started running down the wrong spur but relatively quickly relocated. also felt quite shakey and unsure early, and took awhile to get into the course.
so think i lost time there, but was pretty happy with the run. can see where i need to improve :)

alsooo, didnt really understand why people were complaining about the courses and area. i thought it was awesome, especially that new bit to the south. it was wikkid.

this was so fun! had a pretty good run - one 30sec stuff up (after i ran past my dad who was out in a clearing watching me on the course haha) and afew hesitations but pretty happy.
think i also could have been faster if i'd started with the seniors and had had them around to push me.
but anyway, i really enjoyed this :D

such a nice day today! really hope the sun sticks around for some of this weekend....even though showers are forecast....
tied my shoes heaps looser and foot wasnt as sore as yesty. but i could still feel it.....so will rest tomorrow. :)

was more tired than i expected! also my foot hurt...quite abit at some points.
doing some RICER now and will be careful
