running long 1:27:35 [3]

long run at stromlo with gin josh and sah. ran around all the single tracks which was fun! the boys did a surge at the end but i didnt join (also i would have been left behind anyway) so me and sah went and ran on the new cool bit they've made.
felt ok, calves got pretty tight..but i think everyones did so yeh.

hill sprints at stromlo. heaps of riders out today, there was a race on but i dont know which one.....anyway, felt ok. legs were abit numb. perfect running weather today :)

int session on mt ainslie, for a change
was a rather erratic session.....kept changing decisions of which track to run on (uh..my decision may or may not have been influenced by swopping magpies...) so didnt get up as much speed as i wanted. also felt abit blah in the legs so it wasnt a super hard session.
sooo hot though! huzzah! :D

shiiiiiiiiz its almost a week till oceania :S:S

got dropped at stromlo so ran around the single tracks for abit, then through duffe heights to home.
felt ok. enjoyed it.
soooo sunnny :D v nice day today. beats ballarat weather ;)

intervals at ballarat in the morning before we leave.
it was raining! and cold! but still fun :) though the track was really slippery so i couldnt quite go flat out which was annoying. satisfied with the session though, the garmin says my hr got high enough :P
