death by terrain intervals!
knocked out some of the notorious ballarat terrain ints, times were:
7:53 (av hr 182bpm, max 211bpm) **new PB
7:53 (av hr 183bpm, max 208bpm)
8:04 (av hr 177bpm, max 200bpm)
second one was death, so was suprised it was as fast as the first one. was stuffed on the last one.....hr shows i didnt push as hard as the first two. woopsies.
warm-up included a slow test run of the loop. recoveries were ~5min walk (or until my heart rate was below 120bpm. v v v v slow jog back home.
