long run with lizzie (+moth for some) somewhere out in the brindabellas. went up to cube rock then through smokers flat then down orroral valley.
actually didnt intend on running for this long, but i guess we had to keep going to get to the car haha. stomach felt gross for most of the run, apart from that felt ok...good to have some company, good distraction on the last bit which i wasnt enjoying so much :D

easy run slash orienteer on bruce ridge. started without a compass or SI or control card or anything...went to one control and quickly lost motivation so just randomly ran around the course on the tracks, heading in the vague direction of the controls.....mm yeah, just wasnt feeling very motivated today. other things to do....

Run on black mtn straight after i arrived at uni. Felt bad for the first third cuz I'd just got off my bike but then felt good and it was really nice. Didn't wanna go back to uni for chem :(

Awesome weather again :) felt quite tired on my legs and found it really hard to get going....lots of this was prob no faster than my long run on Sunday haha...which is maybe why I'm still tired? :S

lunchtime ints at blackmtn...pretty sure i set my garmin to a harder session but it must have decided to make me do the easier one instead...glad it did though cuz i was pretty tired! rest day yesterday must have been a good idea.
such a nice day today, cant wait for summer! :)

really wanted to ride to uni today but i had a flat, and i didnt think i'd fixed it properly this morning so no riding happened...and i didnt have time for a run either :(
