long run at black mtn / bruce ridge (josh if you read this...sorry i should have stopped and said hi to you!)
felt sooo bad this morning - late nights kill me and ive had like 5 of them this week (thanks to WOC) :(
but then when i started running i woke up and felt really good, turned out to be a really good run!
went through bruce ridge, up black mtn, down to the rollercoaster track, round the front then up to the top again. then round little blackie then another loop through bruce ridge then home!

did some hill sprints at stromlo before going to watch the xc! felt ok....should have run for longer but was keen to watch gins race.
training this week has been crap though. woops.....

easy run on stromlo single tracks :D
felt ok...weird weather. one minute it was bucketing rain and freezing, then it was sunny and quite warm (even had to take my thermal off!)

Tempo at stromlo. Same as last week - with 1 min lifts. Felt better than last week though, prob only cuz I haven't done much training in the last 3 days haha woops.

Moth came along to scare away the magpies.
I'm seriously such a sissy, who gets scared of swooping birds?!? Need to man up!!
Didn't ride home cuz I was cold and rather tired...

Raining and cold. I foolishly didn't bring much to change into so was freezing all day!! Might bail on the ride home...unfort no time for a run either :(
