Think my time was something like that....
Not very happy :( was very very nervous all morning, no food would sit in my stomach and consequently my legs felt empty the whole way round.
Also lost about 20secs or more on two different legs :(
But I didn't explode after being so nervous so I guess that's a plus. And it was fun as :) weather turned out to be sweet too!

Warm up, down hill course on one of the training maps from earlier this week.
Felt pr good and navigated well so all is g :)
Calves were a little bit sore from a massage last night, whoops

Sprint training. Warm up then sprint course then warm down. Felt quite good and ran alright. New sprint tights kept riding up which will get annoying in the actual thing.

Relay training, with easy course as warm up and then two mass start races.
First mass start was good, got all the controls fine and felt pr good running. Second loop was awful, didn't check my compass going up a slope and totally went off in the wrong direction and lost a lot of time :(
Pretty cut about that. But good training.

Long training today!
Started with a short fast interval, I was against Oscar so ofcourse got smashed :P
Then did two long legs with many route choice options. Sorta ran with the boys but was not surprisingly the last one to get to the control. But still good to try out some routes and see which of the boys was the fastest.

Middle training today. Did some map memory with George for 50mins or so, then two short intervals of hard running then jogging back to the bus (which was quite a long way, like 3km or so)
Happy with nav, except for the final o int where I suddenly hit the wall and got soo hungry and couldn't run up any more hills!
Pretty tired at the end of it all, or maybe it was just the hunger haha.
Good training though. Terrain is nice :)
