terrain run out at kowen. with some on the new single tracks.
was really nice and pleasant but i felt shite. legs were really stiff and sore, and my achilles were hurting. wtf i had a rest day yesterday....!?!?!
so cut the time down and just took it easy. maybe im doing too much studying...? :P
got to uni to do my lab but turns out they made a mistake and i dont have to do it after all...............
soo i went for a ride round the lake instead. cant say it was terribly enjoyable to be honest, was really windy and my feet and hands were really cold.
ohh well.

but still a good sesh!! was thinking i should do them more often, then realised i leave to poland in a week so i guess time is pretty much up! :S
today i was very productive, did 6hrs of procrastination and 2hrs study :)

started off jogging doing some relocation then had some races to afew controls. (rests between not included in time). was fun! nice out there :)
i beat gin in all our relocations and races :) :)
