cant remember exact time
long, cool map but too much open paddock running.
again not happy with run, was slow to the first 3 or 4 cuz i wasnt feeling confident at the start and was very wary of blowing up....then lost a minute on some later ones when i caught some people, then lots like 3 mins on number 12 by going to 13 first....
not happy at all, could have been 5mins quicker. plus felt awful running :( if i'd felt good might have been a fair bit quicker too, twas all pretty open running...

siiiiiiiiiiiiick map, reminded me of kooyoora!!!
poor route to number one, then lost afew mins on number 7 i think it was, got put off by catching some girls and didnt pick a good attack point. plus i found some more rocks that didnt appear to be on the map.... :S
felt ok running, not great.
not happy with run, lost too much time and should have been 3 or 4 mins quicker

easy run in the morning with gin and olle, around the farm we're staying at. got scared by some horses and cows!!

prologue, really enjoyed the map and course, glad they decided to have a bush sprint this year :D
made bad bad mistakes early, got too excited and didnt read my map enough. think i lost about 2 mins :'( :'(

some 20/40s on coolo ridge. felt ok, but feeling better after the session.
still got some niggles in my legs, hopefully they'll go away before easter.....so ive got one day! :P

despite a rest day yesterday my legs were tired and sore...?!?
so cut it short. did like 3 actual intervals haha.
