Long run at black mtn for a change.
Went to the summit (got a drink) then down and around some random tracks for a good while then back up to the top then round some more random tracks then back to the car.
Legs felt good most of the way but for some reason I got SO hot and thirsty. My head felt like a hot air balloon :S consequently I was very slow on my second accent but kept going cuz i knew I'd get a drink at the top....
well i fully intended on going for a ride after work, however considering the storm warning and the amount of water flowing down burrinjuck crescent....i dont think its a safe idea :P
apparently the water level was so high our big rubbish bin started floating away...crazy!!
had a massive stitch which started about 2mins into my warm up :( tried to push through hoping it would go away but it got worse...did the whole session anyway but it was slowwww
