run from our hotel in cheviot.
had a vague idea where i was going cuz i looked at moths rogaine map before i left...but still ended up doing laps of this nice reserve i found.
lots of sheep.
felt quite ok. nice temp!!!

wish wish wish i was doing the rogaine though :(

pulled an all-nighter last night which was a BAD BAD idea. felt shite today. planned on running upon arrival in nz but went to bed instead....
the plane had movies!!! so weird, it was only a 2.5 hr flight....

going to nz tomorrow for 10 days to do some hiking and stuff. excited as!!!

ride with moth in belconnen. wow what a nice day today!!
at one point i was slowing down to decide which way to ride next when i accidently rode into mothers bike and somehow we both went over the handle bars!!! it was SO funny, expecially since we were next to a busy road :P

cant remember how long i took...but i had an awful awful race! i felt like such a noob cuz every control i got to i had to stop and be like 'which control am i at again?'....could have had to do with punching...but still. lost time on all but 2 controls.
such a fun course though, good course setting by schmolle :D

out to slatey ck picnic ground and then home again. mostly on fire trails.
havent done speedwork in yonks so was abit rusty...but felt pretty good.
