ahhh england is so cute!!! i love all the little houses and green fields :) there are too many people and cars though....
a run from the house im staying at around a series of football ovals and crop fields (with some forest inbetween), along some public footpaths. took me about 30mins to do a lap of the whole thing...so had to do many random loops. obviously not as nice as the forests ive been running in recently....but it could have been worse (like only streets to run on) so im happy.
just need some sort of entertainment so i dont get too bored.....

it was raining so everything was very wet and slippery. my legs were tired from yesty

going back to ed this arvo, then to london saturday morning! dont know how much training i will get done there but i will try...

back in fredrikstad, training with heidi ΓΈ bagstevold (aka norwegian d21 champion and winner of the craft cup...)
....i was so nervous before this, but it was such good training! we just did a course on the map next to the house, taking turns navigating to each control. she is really really smooth through the terrain and coming into the controls. but it was also a relief to see that she wasnt super woman, she was making some mistakes and hesitations too. it was good to realise that someone as good as her isnt some kind of unhuman freak, she's just like me (....in a way).

Had to collect controls from club training the other week (the ones I put out) so I did each leg hard, not looking at the map, and recovery was to untie the controls and put them in the bag.
Varying efforts in length and uphill/downhill
hard work!
Love my new watch too :)

ahhh what a sweet run. explored some more tracks in fredrikstad and ran way out to the edge of the map around some cute little farms.
felt quite gooood, but i hope club training tonight isnt very long...
not a cloud in the sky today!!!

now gotta catch the train to Ed....

went to oslo for the day, did some shopping and sightseeing.
could have fitted a run in this morning but i really didnt feel like it...going to oslo was more exciting ;)

ahh woops have been forgetting to write in swedish :S am getting confused with norwegian anyway haha
